A multi-talent serial entrepreneur, Lady VJ is the Founder and Chief Elegance Officer of NOTIQ, a global sustainable lifestyle brand celebrated for its elegant personal organization goods and nationwide retail distribution across the United States. Driven by a deep commitment to personal excellence, she also founded Pelworth—Houston’s premier modern finishing school—where she advises students, professionals, and private households.

As the Founding Principal of the Modern Etiquette & Elegance Alliance (theMEEA), she is defining a new global standard for practitioners worldwide. A Certified Modern Etiquette & Elegance Coach (CMEC), Lady VJ believes that in an increasingly automated world, refinement is the ultimate human advantage.
